IInternational
International Tracked Economy - 7-10 Working Days - £15-£30 (shipping cost calculated at checkout)
International Tracked Express - 3-7 Working Days - £50

Once your item is posted you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking information
RETURNS
Everything is handmade especially for you so we hope you love it! If you are not satisfied with your order then we can offer a credit note. A credit note will be issued once we have received the item back in the same condition it was sent out:
- Items must be wrapped in original packaging or neat packaging
- we cannot accept back items that have been used / worn
- we cannot accept back items that have been damaged once worn
- we cannot exchange for a different size so please ensure you order the correct size. Email us if you are unsure about sizing
Please note you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs back to us and we recommend using a tracked service as any items lost will result in no credit note being issued. Also please package the parcel carefully - any damages incurred upon return delivery willl result in no credit note being issued

Please return within 7 days of receiving. Requests after 7 days of delivery will be denied.
International
Please return within 14 days of receiving. Requests after 14 days of delivery will be denied.
Each item is lovingly handmade and checked thoroughly before posting. If you deem your item to be faulty then we will do our best to repair it or if this is not geographically possible we will refund you the cost of the repair with a recommendation of what we would do to fix it! Cost of repair will be calculated by us.
